Can I change my order?
For most products, yes - until printing begins.
What you can do on your own:
• Cancel an order
• Update the delivery address
Contact us for changes to:
• The recipient’s last name or company name
• Quantity, paper stock/finish, or delivery speed
• Your product’s design
Yes, usually. As long as your item has not shipped, you can request to cancel the item. We will attempt to cancel your item as best we can, but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your item will be cancelled.
If an item was successfully cancelled:
• A refund for the amount of the item will be issued to the payment method used. If payment was not taken, we will cancel the pending charge.
• You will receive an email with the refund information.
Delivery services include the time it takes to process, print, dry, package and ship your order to you. The speed of delivery depends on the availability of the product and the address it will be delivered to.
